Shipping policy

Orders to UK addresses:

We currently have 3 delivery providers available for domestic UK orders, Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Tracked 24) , DPD and DHL Domestic Next Day Delivery. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. 

- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 24 Hour) £2.95 Per Order. Free over £50.

Orders within the UK sent via the Royal Mail Standard Delivery usually arrive within 24 hours of shipping, but can take up to 7 working days.

- DHL Next Day Delivery - £5.95 on orders below £99, £2.95 on orders £99 and over. The Cut off time for the parcel to be shipped out same working day is 12pm. 

Orders placed before 12pm on a working day will be shipped out the same day and delivered to you the following working day. Orders placed on a non working day or a pre-order that has been released will be shipped on the next available working day and delivered the working day after. Large/high value orders placed shortly before the cut off time may not be shipped the same day as we may not be able to pick the order before the DHL Collection. Please note that not all UK postcodes are available for next day delivery. 

- DPD Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (Orders placed before 12pm)- £7.95 for orders below £99. £4.95 for Orders £99 and over.

- DPD Standard - £5.95 for orders below £99.  £2.95 For orders £99 and over.

- We are looking at introducing a cheaper DPD Ship to Shop option soon.

Postage

The website separates in-stock items and pre-order items into separate orders where required. This means that if your basket contains both in-stock and pre-order items, separate delivery charges may apply.

An order containing multiple pre-order items will be dispatched when all items within that order are in stock and ready to ship.

Returns 

If you need to return a product purchased from Star Action Figures then you have 14 calendar days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. 

The goods should also be returned unopened in their original box, packing. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. As many of the products we sell are collectables, opening or damaging sealed retail packaging may significantly reduce the value of the item. Where an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted in a shop, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders 

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred providing the order hasn't started the processing and charging stage. In-stock orders begin processing immediately and we may be unable to stop an order once it has entered the charging and shipping stage.
You can cancel your order by visiting your account. Please note we do have a "fair use" policy on pre-order, and excessive cancellation of pre-order may result in suspension of future pre-ordering. 

This does not affect your statutory cancellation rights.
