Orders to the EU under £120 will be shipped using the EU IOSS scheme. This means you will pay VAT at your countries rate at checkout, and the parcel will be delivered without additional fees and taxes. IOSS is not available for business customers.
For orders above this amount and shipments outside Europe or to non-IOSS destinations, no VAT will be charged at checkout. Where no VAT is charged at checkout, it will be the customers responsibility to pay any additional fees (if applicable) locally before delivery. Additional charges will likely apply. Please check locally for current tax rates and import limits.
All orders to other regions out the UK may be subject to local VAT, additional import duties and clearance fees, and these will be the customers responsibility to pay these fees locally before delivery. Any orders returned to us for non-payment of taxes, will be refunded upon receipt back with us, and will forfeit shipping fees. There will also be a 15% re-stocking fee to cover return shipping costs.

Due to delay and issues with Royal Mail International Parcels at the start of 2023, we are now actively looking for a new courier for overseas parcels. Currently Royal Mail parcels are limited to 2kg in weight. We are currently phasing out Royal Mail deliveries which take between 6 and 31 days to arrive. We will be adding more options for heavier parcels to these and new destinations over the coming weeks/months. (updated 17th June 2023)

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Star Action Figures shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Whilst we take every reasonable care to protect items, if the items are damaged in the post, we cannot pay for return shipping. Couriers and Postal Service, do not consider an item damaged, if only the box containing the item is damage, and therefore will not pay out for "damaged items" in these conditions.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge and choices will be added when you select your country. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will usually be between the hours of 7am and 8pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Star Action Figures will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. Orders containing pre-orders and in stock items, will only ship when the entire order is in stock and ready to ship.
If you need to return a product purchased from Star Action Figures then you have 14 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned unopened in their original box, packing. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred providing the order hasn't started the processing and charging stage. We are unable to cancel orders once the processing has began. In stock orders will begin processing immediately and we are unable to cancel them. Please check carefully before submitting your order. You can cancel a pre-order by emailing the Star Action Figures website at using the contact us link above, and selecting cancel/amended order. We are unable to add or remove items from pre-orders.
