Dispatch delays

Please note that we are currently experiencing delays in dispatching orders. We apologise for the delays.

Usually we receive one big release every 3-4 weeks which we can dispatch in a couple of days (usually over the weekend), but due to delays in stock caused by Covid and Brexit, a lot of delayed stock has arrived together. So we have had around 6-7 big releases arrive  in the past couple of weeks. There is still stock that we have to book into the system. 

Together with the May 4th Be With You Sale, we have a backlog that we are working as fast as we can to clear. We expect to be close to being back to normal by the end of the week.

Please could we ask you not to email us asking when your order will be dispatched. Around 95% of emails we are currently receiving are asking this and they will delay dispatches. 

With regards EU/DPD orders, we will be sending an update via email to order that are in stock and ready to ship later this week.
