Orders within the UK are sent via the Royal Mail second class mail, and usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping. Larger orders may be sent via Fed Ex.

Overseas shipping rates are highly competitive and vary from country to country depending on the weight of your order, and will be displayed in the shopping basket. We currently only ship Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

If you are interested in placing an order and currently live outside the UK, we must warn you of the risks involved with shipping. After stopping the service just after Christmas 2009, we will now start shipping most items overseas via Royal Mail Airmail, and in the past most parcels arrived without any problem, but it is claimed a small few never reached the buyer. We will promise to ship your order straight away, but in the event that your order gets lost,stolen, damaged or confiscated while in transit, I'm afraid we can offer no refund of your payment.
Please understand this before ordering, and please be aware of the service provided by your local postal company before deciding to order. If there is a problem, we promise to try and make a claim for the missing parcel, but the amount of compensation paid, if any, will be at the sole discretion of the Royal Mail. Unfortunately at this time, there is no reasonable low priced tracked alternative. Please understand that you are also responsible for any local customs/taxesm that may be made by your country. We have had much success shipping overseas in the past, but we wanted to make you aware of the risks involved and give you the opportunity to make your own decision as to whether you wish to continue with your order.
Before we can proceed with your order, please send an email to email@example.com advising us that you understand the situation with shipments sent outside the UK. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Air Mail service and do not have tracking numbers. You only need to do this once with your initial order, and emails will be kept on file for future orders. To make things easier, please cut and past this message, or send your own. "I understand that Star Action Figures will ship my order straight away, but will have no further responsibility if the parcel is lost, damaged or stolen on route to my address. In the event of a problem, I accept Star Action Figures will make all reasonable attempts to recover the cost of my order, but understand this is at the discretion of the Royal Mail"
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.
Star Action Figures will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Star Action Figures shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.
If you need to return a product purchased from Star Action Figures then you have 7 working days to do so. The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned unopened in their original box, packing.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by emailing the Star Action Figures website at firstname.lastname@example.org
