Orders to UK addresses:

We currently have 2 delivery services available for domestic UK orders, Royal Mail Standard Delivery (Tracked 48) and Royal Mail 1st Class (Tracked 24) however larger orders may be sent via Courier. Orders are dispatched Monday-Friday. 

Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 48 Hour) £2.95 Per Order. Free over £50

Orders within the UK sent via the Royal Mail Standard Delivery usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping, but can take up to 7 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class/24 Hour tracked delivery £4.95 per order.
Please note that this is not a guaranteed next day service. Orders placed using 24 hour tracked delivery will be printed first thing in the morning after day of release. 

DHL Next day delivery TEST - We are now testing a free next day delivery service (over £99) for some in stock orders via DHL Express. Please check the cut off time and service availability at check out. This will not apply to preorders, although we will ship pre-orders as fast as we can when stock arrives. Orders under £99 there will be a small charge of £4.95 per order. This is in addition to the existing Royal Mail service, all of which are under review due to raising costs.

We may not be able to offer DHL services for large value or orders with large amounts of different items in.

The cut of time for ordering will likely be extended to later in the day during the test period. 

We plan to add Saturday delivery option, and isolated UK postcodes in the near future.

Postage
You will only pay one delivery charge per order. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order. Orders containing pre-orders and in stock items, will only ship when the entire order is in stock and ready to ship. 

Returns 
If you need to return a product purchased from Star Action Figures then you have 14 working days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. 

The goods should also be returned unopened in their original box, packing. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. 

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 7 working days. 

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders 
You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred providing the order hasn't started the processing and charging stage. We are unable to cancel orders once the processing has began. In stock orders will begin processing immediately and we are unable to cancel them. Please check carefully before submitting your order. You can cancel a pre-order by emailing the Star Action Figures website using the contact us link above, and selecting cancel/amend order.  We are unable to add or remove items from pre-orders.
