2) Do you ship overseas?
We Ship to Europe, North America and Australia only at present. Shipping is again based on weight and will be applied automatically at checkout, when you select your shipping zone.

3) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most debit/credited cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Maestro. We also accept payments from via Paypal and Google Checkout.

4) Do you have to charge up front for pre-orders?
No. We only charge your card when the goods are in stock and ready to ship. However if you pay using Paypal, payment has to be sent with order, so you will be charged as you place the order.

5) I've never heard of Star Action Figures. Who are you?
We have been selling on the internet, mainly via Amazon and ebay for a number of years now, under the name Bargain HQ (Our ebay name has since been changed to staractionfigures-co-uk . Check out the 'About Us' section for link to our feedback). One thing we pride ourselves on, is the speed of service we provide. All orders are sent out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) . Once you use us, we want you to be so impressed, that you will come back time and time again.

6) How can I contact you?

7) Okay, I've place an order, when will it arrive?
All orders are sent out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) . Hopefully your order will arrive within a day or two, but its impossible for us to guarantee this!

8) Estimated Arrival? How certain are you on these release dates?
In the collectable figure/toy market, releases dates are changed all the time. These items don't have release dates set in stone, like for example a DVD or CD. Sometimes items arrive sooner than expected, but in most cases release dates slip. All estimated release dates are subject to change. The site will updated the moment a release date change is known. s soon as a product is in stock, all references to pre-orders will be removed from the product page.

All purchases in the UK are covered by the distant selling regulations. If for any reason you want to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt, please email us for a returns authorisation. All items must be returned unopened, in the same condition as it was sent, and with any seals intact for a refund of purchase price. Postage is not refundable.
