Frequently Asked Questions

**IMPORTANT PRE-ORDER INFORMATION**

Orders are shipped as soon as all items are in stock. Mixed orders; for example orders containing pre-orders and in stock items, will be shipped when the entire order is in stock and available to ship. PLEASE consider making separate orders where possible if you plan to make mixed orders, containing in stock and pre-orders.
2) Do you ship overseas?

We have suspended overseas shipping for the next week or two. We usually ship overseas, and will be shipping again outside the UK shortly. (This change does not effect any pre-orders)
3) What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most debit/credited cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Switch, and Maestro. We also accept payments from via Paypal.
4) Do you have to charge up front for pre-orders?

No. We only charge your card when the goods are in stock and ready to ship. However if you pay using Paypal, payment has to be sent with order, so you will be charged as you place the order.
5) How can I contact you?

Please send us an email at sales@staractionfigures.com. We will always try and reply within 24 hours.
6) Okay, I've place an order, when will it arrive?

All orders are sent out within 24 hours (Monday - Friday) . Your order should arrive within two or three days in the UK, but its impossible for us to guarantee this!
7) Estimated Arrival? How certain are you on these release dates?

In the collectable figure/toy market, releases dates are changed all the time. These items don't have release dates set in stone, like for example a DVD, CD or book. Sometimes items arrive sooner than expected, but in most cases release dates slip. All estimated release dates are subject to change. The site will updated the moment a release date change is known. As soon as a product is in stock, all references to pre-orders will be removed from the product page.
8) How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping costs £2.95 for orders under £50.

All orders over £50 will be shipped for free! (UK delivery only)

This includes all pre-orders and in-stock items. Mixed orders; for example orders containing pre-orders and in stock items will be shipped, when the entire order is available to ship.

PLEASE consider making seperate orders where possible if you plan to make large mixed orders, containing in stock and pre-orders.
